1. Introduction

By using this application, you fully agree to these terms.

2. Copyright and License

This application is a partially open-source software. Modules based on projects under the "GNU General Public License v3.0" are published under the same license.

The operations for processing IFC files are permitted through the use of the open-source library "IfcOpenShell".

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use this application in a way that could cause damage to the application or impair its availability.

You must not use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

4. Uploaded Files

PDF and IFC files uploaded to the server are processed and then automatically deleted after processing, within several hours.

However, if you check the appropriate option in the AmpliFy tool, you consent to the uploaded plan being used by our team to improve the accuracy of the AmpliFy Machine Learning model. The plan may be used to train our model for the purpose of analyzing architectural plans. The uploaded plan will be stored on our servers but will not be shared with any third parties, nor will it be used for any other purposes beyond the ones described.

You are responsible for not uploading files containing sensitive or confidential data.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from its use.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the web version of the application.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country.
